WHY use ARS?

In today's world we are all constantly being bombarded with information and there is no better way to be heard than to make content relevant and meaningful to its recipient. The best way to do that is to listen to your audience and EMS provides you with the tools to make that happen. Our ARS services provides instantaneous feedback throughout the meeting, which allows the presenter to tailor content to meet the specific needs of your audience. Also with EMS services, you no longer need to leave a meeting wondering what your audience thought of the content and whether it resonated with them because EMS provides you with a visual record and database of attendee feedback and information immediately following your event.

Our goal is to ensure you and your presenters are completely comfortable using ARS and that you receive the highest level of service from our team. We are available to speakers and presenters for live demonstrations, dress rehearsals, conference calls, and question development assistance prior and during your event. Onsite, we test the Audience Response System and backup systems, interface with audiovisual equipment and consult with all presenters to make any desired additions or changes to questions. Following the event we provide printed and electronic reports in Microsoft Excel and/or PowerPoint files. We also work with you to ensure each question slide is customized to your company's branding guidelines.
